1 cup non-fat yogurt
1 cup non-fat milk
sugar or splenda to taste
big handful of frozen strawberries
smaller handful of blueberries
Chop frozen berries in blender
Add in milk/yogurt/sugar. Blend. Add grapenuts to the top if you like crunchies.
This was a great breakfast!

hmmmm…. Sounds yummy. I do have fresh blueberries that I usually add in my yogurt.
