orange/pineapple/apple juice concentrate (half of a container)
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup milk
fill rest of space with ice
blend
fill with ice again…blend
Enjoy!
I have been making a huge blender full, filling individual cups and freezing. If I take it out before my workout, and then defrost for 30 seconds-1 minute, it is ready!

1 cup non-fat yogurt
1 cup non-fat milk
sugar or splenda to taste
big handful of frozen strawberries
smaller handful of blueberries
Chop frozen berries in blender
Add in milk/yogurt/sugar. Blend. Add grapenuts to the top if you like crunchies.
This was a great breakfast!

This was so good and low-fat I am going to post it here and on my fitness blog.
Take 1 flat bread (Flat outs brand). Spray Pam on cookie sheet and put bread on top.
Coat top evenly with light layer of olive oil
Sprinkle on basil and oregano
Make a layer of mushroom slices, onion slices, and tomato slices
Put tomato/basil feta cheese on top (1/8 of a cup)
Sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. It gets really crunchy. I haven’t officially figured out the points yet, but I am thinking it is about 5-6 points on weight watchers. Enjoy
